Important upcoming improvements to our account platform
Last updated on June 16, 2025
As you may already be aware, Complete Anatomy is now a proud member of the Elsevier family! In our ongoing commitment to enhancing your user experience, we are making some improvements to our account management service.
To facilitate these upgrades, Complete Anatomy is migrating to a new Elsevier Account platform. Upon updating to version 11.0 of Complete Anatomy, you will notice a slightly different login flow and interface via your default web browser. Rest assured, you will still use the same login credentials to access your Complete Anatomy account, and your license, pre-loaded, and customized content will remain unchanged.
We understand that changes like these can sometimes raise questions, so we have prepared a list of frequently asked questions to address some common queries.
- A simplified registration and sign-in experience
- An improved My Account Center for managing your personal details
- Ability to access multiple products using the same account, if you have a license for our sister products, Clinical Key Student or Osmosis (coming soon)
Upon updating to version 11.0, you will be automatically signed out of your account. When you sign back in, you will notice a slightly different login flow and interface. For reference, please see the sample screenshots of the new interface below:

Your license, along with your pre-loaded and customized content, will remain unaffected. You will continue to access all paid features seamlessly.
No. The process for redeeming licenses using an Activation Code or IP range remains the same. All our entitlement processes are unchanged, so there will be no disruption in that regard.
Unfortunately, merging these accounts is not possible as the products are associated with different solutions and services within Elsevier. However, we recognize the advantages of having a single login for all your Elsevier products and achieving this is one of our long-term goals.
