How do I manage my refund?

Refunds are only honored when requested within 30 days of an annual subscription purchase.
If requesting a refund after the initial 30 days, please use the Email option in the 'For further assistance:' section to contact us.
Please note: Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions.
- Using the ‘Email’ contact option below, select ’Orders and Renewals’ in the ‘Contact reason’ field, and put ‘Subscription Cancellation and Refund Request’ in the ‘Subject’ field.
- In the ‘Your question’ field, provide full subscription details, including your order number and email address.
If you have any further questions, please contact us using one of the options found at the bottom of this page.
If you have requested a refund and supplied all of the necessary information required, Elsevier will process your request. Once it has been approved, a support representative will notify you.
Please allow up to 13 working days for your refund to be displayed back onto your card.
