Return credits are processed within 6-8 weeks from the date the product was received at our warehouse. Contact customer service once you receive a credit note to request your refund with the following details:
Account number
Invoice number
Please note:
If you paid your order by credit card, the refund will be available on your credit card account within 7-14 working days.
If you paid for your order using a different method, your refund could take up to 6 weeks.
If you do not receive the refund within the given period, please contact us via our webform.
Trade Customers with 30/60/90 day accounts:
Returns are processed within 30 days upon receipt of book(s) in the warehouse and credit notes will be included in the next billing statement.
Trade Customers without accounts and pay via Credit Card or EFT:
Returns are processed within 30 days upon receipt of book(s) in the warehouse and credit notes will be included in the next billing statement. The credit card refund will be processed within 14 business days once the credit is completed in the system. EFT refunds may take longer to process as it needs to go through the Accounts Department so it is best to follow up with Customer Service for the status.
Individual Customers with orders paid via Credit Card & PayPal, EFT:
