Select the ORCID iD logo on the login page of any EM journal to log in with your ORCID credentials. There is a one-time validation to connect your EM and ORCID accounts.


How can I use ORCID for single sign-on to Editorial Manager?

The co-authors are contacted and asked to confirm their contribution to the submission, and will be requested to register for the journal during this process.

What is Editorial Manager Co-Author verification?

Log into EM and select 'Update My Information' in the top navigation bar. You will need to update your details separately in each journal.


How do I change my personal information in Editorial Manager?

If a user has two EM accounts for a single journal, they can be merged by our support team, to combine the history in a single account.

How to contact us on Journal Article Publishing

Authors select the "Correspondence" link for any submission; Reviewers and Editors select the 'History' link,. Users may also see all their own sent and received correspondence via the 'Update My Information' link.


How can I view past correspondence in Editorial Manager?

You can link or unlink your ORCID profile from your EM account by selecting Update My Information in EM. ORCID also allows you to unlink the connection from your ORCID profile.


How do I link or unlink my ORCID to my profile?

Select 'Update My Information' and then select 'Alternate Contact Information' to set a temporary email and effective dates. This will redirect any email sent to your account, including password resets.
