Will my Elsevier account grant me full access to services like ScienceDirect and Scopus?

Generally, access to those systems is controlled via the IP address of your institute. However, your Elsevier account allows you access to these services when you are not at your institute.

You can set up these entitlements via the designated contact person at your institute.
