How do I cancel my trial or paid subscription?

You can cancel your trial or paid subscription anytime online before the trial / paid subscription end date.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Elsevier Health Store
2. Select “Sign In"
3. Select “My Account” and go to "My Subscriptions"
4. Select “Disable Auto-Renew” and then confirm that you want to disable the renewal
5. The text will change to “Reactivate”, and you will receive a confirmation email. You may renew at any time.

Access to your digital subscription will continue until your subscription end date. (To find your subscription end date, follow steps above. The subscription end date is to the right of the product name.)
