What should I do if my eBook download link is not available in my account?

For an eBook to become available for download you are required to:

  • Have purchased an eBook from Elsevier.com.
  • Login to your account on shop.Elsevier.com.
  • Locate your order in your order history.

If you did not receive your eBook download links in the order history section of your account within 24 hours after placing your order, don't worry, we're here to help! Please contact us and include the following information:

  1. Your name.
  2. eBook title and ISBN number.
  3. Order number (number on your invoice that starts with a lowercase ‘e’)
  4. Your email address
  5. After following these steps, we will contact you within 24-48 hours.
