How do I download my eBook from my Elsevier.com account?

To download your eBook, you are required to:
Have purchased an eBook from shop.Elsevier.com.
Login to your account on shop.Elsevier.com.
Retrieve your order in your order history.

Follow the steps below to download your eBook:
Log in to your shop.Elsevier.com account by clicking on the shopping cart item in the top right corner of your screen.
Click 'Register/Login' or ‘Account’.
Go to the 'Order History' tab.
Select your eBook order and click ‘More info’.
Select the available eBook format you wish and download the eBook.
After following these steps, you can upload your eBook onto your device.
Please note:
eBooks are non-refundable. Once you downloaded the ePub, ePub3 or PDF, we cannot have them returned or delete them from your account.
The eBook links will be sent to the valid email address associated when the purchase was made. eBook links will expire after two years. We would suggest that you create backup files and store your eBooks on one of the free cloud services such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox to ensure you can still enjoy and access your eBook after the link expires.
If you did not receive the eBook links via email or in your order history, you may contact us via webform.
