How do I find out if my journal complies with the policies of my funding body?
Last updated on July 26, 2024You may be required to comply with the open access policies of your funding body. It is important to check your journal's policies to see if you will be compliant when publishing your article. Elsevier also has agreements in place with a number of funders.
How
Find out if your journal complies with the policies of your funding body by consulting:
- The open access policies of your funding body.
- The open access section from your journal's Guide for Authors. To consult your journal's Guide for Authors, go to your journal homepage.
Please note:
- If Elsevier doesn't have an agreement with your funding body, we can't provide information on the open access policy of your funding body.
- Some funding bodies require you to select a certain user license type. Check with your funding body if they have license requirements. You can find more information on user license details on the Creative Commons website.
