You can check your order history in your account on shop.Elsevier.com. If you are already charged on your card and still have not received your download link within 24 hours, please contact us.
If you purchased a print book on shop.Elsevier.com, please allow up to 7-10 working days from the invoice date for your order to be delivered to you. For more accurate delivery times per region please see 'When will I receive my book' or contact us using one of the support options at the bottom of this page.
