If your subscription copy has not arrived within the specified timeframe, as shown on the table below, please contact us via our webform.
Please note: On the 'Contact reason' field, select 'Shipping and Delivery'. Then select 'Delivery Status' and complete the contact form with the following details:
- Journal Title
- Volume/Issue No.
- Address
- Society Membership/Affiliation No. (if applicable)
- Account Number
