What can I do if I receive a damaged book?

We do all we can to ensure books reach you in good condition. If you receive a book and it is damaged, contact us to receive a replacement book and UPS return label (for US orders) for returning the damaged product.

How

Contact us through the "Email" or "Chat" option found at the bottom of this page and request for a return arrangement. Please include the following information:

  • Book title or ISBN number
  • Invoice number
  • Quantity damaged
  • Details of the damaged or defective product
  • Photo of the damaged book

After sending us your request we will contact you within 24-48 hours.
