How do I cancel my print or eBook order?
Last updated on January 03, 2024We process orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders for print and eBook placed on Shop.Elsevier.com can no longer be cancelled once submitted.
The confirmation email is sent to the email address associated with the account once the purchase is made.
Print books can be returned, replaced, or refunded if purchased directly from Elsevier if the book is new, unmarked, and packaged to ensure receipt in a condition suitable for resale up until 30 days past the invoice date, while eBooks are non-returnable and non-refundable.
eProducts (e.g. eBooks, Embase) are non-returnable and non-refundable but can in some instances be replaced.
