What should I do if my eBook will not open on my device?

In order to open an eBook on a device you are required to:

  1. Have purchased your eBook from Shop.Elsevier.com.
  2. Have downloaded your eBook.
  3. Have transferred your eBook to your device.

How

  • Check whether you have the right application or software to open your eBook file format on your device.
  • If the problem persists, please check the support page of your application or software you use to open the eBook.
  • If you cannot download your eBook after following these steps, please contact us and include the following information:
    1. eBook title or ISBN number.
    2. Order number (number on your invoice that starts with a lowercase ‘e’).
    3. Nature of problem/question.
    4. Error message received, if applicable.
    5. Device and application/software.
    6. Operating system.
    7. If possible, share a screenshot of the error.
