What should I do if my eBook will not open on my device?

- Have purchased your eBook from Shop.Elsevier.com.
- Have downloaded your eBook.
- Have transferred your eBook to your device.
How
- Check whether you have the right application or software to open your eBook file format on your device.
- If the problem persists, please check the support page of your application or software you use to open the eBook.
- If you cannot download your eBook after following these steps, please contact us and include the following information:
- eBook title or ISBN number.
- Order number (number on your invoice that starts with a lowercase ‘e’).
- Nature of problem/question.
- Error message received, if applicable.
- Device and application/software.
- Operating system.
- If possible, share a screenshot of the error.
