What should I do if my eBook will not open on my device?

Have purchased your eBook from Shop.Elsevier.com.
Have downloaded your eBook.
Have transferred your eBook to your device.
How
Check whether you have the right application or software to open your eBook file format on your device.
If the problem persists, please check the support page of your application or software you use to open the eBook.
If you cannot download your eBook after following these steps, please contact us and include the following information:
eBook title or ISBN number.
Order number (number on your invoice that starts with a lowercase ‘e’).
Nature of problem/question.
Error message received, if applicable.
Device and application/software.
If possible, share a screenshot of the error.
