You should receive a link to download your eBook with the confirmation email you receive shortly after you complete the order.

You can also download your eBook by logging in to Elsevier Health.

Follow the steps below to download your eBook:

1. Sign in to your Elsevier Health account.
2. Go to the 'Order History' tab.
3. Select your eBook order and click ‘More info’.
4. Select the available eBook format you wish and download the eBook.
5. In case you purchased the VitalBook format, the VitalSource redemption code is available next to the book cover image.

After following these steps you can upload your eBook on to your device.

Please note: eBooks are non-refundable. Once a customer has downloaded the ePub or PDF, we cannot have them returned and removed from their account.
