How can I request a refund for open access, color figures or offprints?

If you need a refund for a payment made for open access, color figures in print, or offprints, please contact us via the Chat option at the bottom of this page to request this from the Support team. Please ensure you provide us with your invoice number.

Please note: refunds of payments made can only be refunded in the method it was received, e.g. if the payment was made by bank transfer then we can only refund in the same way. If payment was made by bank transfer then we will require the following information in order to make the bank transfer successful:

• Account holder’s name
• Bank account number
• Bank branch code
• IBAN Number
• Swift/BIC code
• Bank name, address, postal code and country

For check payments, please confirm the payee name and provide the postal address the refund check should be sent to.

For credit card payments we only need the last 4 digits of the original credit card.
