How do I settle customs duty charge?
Last updated on August 08, 2019Customs duty is a charge imposed on goods that are transported across international borders. This charge is not included in the final price of the purchased goods.
Couriers would normally notify the customer to advise about their package. For them to proceed with the delivery, the charge needs to be settled.
How
To prevent any delays on delivery, contact the courier directly with the following details:
- Full name of receiver
- Waybill number
- Delivery address
Details regarding payment of customs duty will be discussed further by the courier.
