How do I change my shipping or billing address?
Last updated on September 25, 2023You can change your billing and shipping address details on your shop.Elsevier.com account. If you have already placed your order, please contact us using any of the contact options below.

Follow these steps to update your address details:
- Log in to your shop.Elsevier.com account by clicking on the shopping cart item in the top right corner of your screen.
- Click on ‘Register/Login' or ‘Account’.
- Click on Address Book. If your shipping and billing addresses are not the same please untick ‘Same as Billing’ and change your shipping address.
- Adjust your address details and click update. Make sure all entered values are valid.
- Review your address changes.
Note: The new billing/shipping address will only reflect on your future orders. It doesn’t automatically change the address on a recently placed book/journal order or any active journal subscription. You must contact us through any of the support options below for assistance.
