EU Shipping Fee

Shipping fees on some print books shipped to Europe
We are introducing a flat shipping fee for some orders of print books into Europe, due to the rising costs of processing and shipping physical products.
How much is the fee?
A flat shipping fee of €5 per order may apply.
This is charged once per eligible order, not per item.
When does the fee apply?
The fee may apply when all of the following criteria are met:
- Your delivery address is in a European country.
- Your order value is €150 or less.
- Your order includes eligible in-stock print books or eligible print learning products, such as selected flashcards.
The fee will be shown at checkout as part of the shipping costs before you place your order.
Which products are included?
The fee may apply to eligible in-stock print books and selected print learning products shipped to EU addresses.
Which products are not included?
The fee does not apply to:
- Orders over €150.
- eBooks or other digital products.
- Print-on-demand books.
Will the fee apply if my order contains both eligible and non-eligible items?
If your order contains an eligible print product and meets the order value and delivery criteria, the flat shipping fee may apply to the order.
The fee is applied once per eligible order.
Where will I see the fee?
You will see the fee at checkout as part of the shipping costs. It will be shown before you complete your purchase, so you can review the total cost of your order before paying.
Can the shipping fee be refunded?
Shipping fees are refunded, in line with our eCommerce Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
If your order is cancelled, returned, or otherwise eligible for a refund, our Customer Support team will review the shipping fee in accordance with those terms.
Who can I contact if I have questions?
If you have questions about a shipping fee on your order, please contact our Customer Support team and include your order number. We’ll be happy to review your order and explain any charges shown at checkout.
