How do I request a refund for a subscription?

Your route to requesting a refund will vary depending on where you originally purchased your subscription i.e. via our 3D4Medical webstore or via a Third-Party app store.
If you’re unsure of where you purchased your subscription from originally, simply go to your My account page and under the 'Manage my subscription' section it will specify where you purchased your subscription from. (For Chinese mainland users, please visit here).
- Using the ‘Email’ contact option below, select ‘Account & Billing’ in the ‘Contact reason’ field, and put ‘Subscription Cancellation and Refund Request’ in the ‘Subject’ field.
- In the 'Your question’ field, provide your order number, email address and reason for refund.
Please Note: Refunds are only honored when requested within 30 days of subscription purchase.

- Please visit Apple Support.
- Select 'Billing & Subscriptions'.
- Within the 'Subscriptions & Purchases' menu, select 'Request a refund'.
- Sign in with the Apple ID you used to originally purchase your subscription.
- When signed in, under 'What can we help you with', complete each field for your subscription.
- Submit your request.
- Please visit Microsoft Support.
- Select 'Returns & Refunds'.
- Go to your 'Order History'.
- Find your Complete Anatomy subscription.
- Select 'Request a return'.
