Does my book purchase include online access?
Last updated on September 25, 2023Some books come with online access (for example, via the Elsevier eBooks for Practicing Clinicians and Elsevier eBooks for Medical Education platforms) which enables you to access and save full online content, images, and bookmark chapters easily.
Printed books do not automatically include online access; you can purchase a bundle containing a hard copy with online access, buy online access separately, or purchase a package with online access to one of our online products (such as ClinicalKey).
If your book purchase includes online access, this will be mentioned in the product description on the product page (view an example on our US Elsevier Health store). For Elsevier eBooks for Practicing Clinicians and Elsevier eBooks for Medical Education titles, the eBook can be activated upon redemption of the access code that can be found on the inside front cover of the book. If you ordered an eBook, an email will be sent to you within 2 hours after the order was placed that gives you the instruction and the access code you can redeem.
