Print book order tracking tool
Last updated on February 01, 2022Use the tool below to access the order tracking site, you will need to complete the two mandatory fields below:
- Enter either the email address, Standard Address Number (SAN) or Shipping Account Number in the first box.
- Enter either Order Confirmation, Invoice Number, your PO number or ZIP/Postal code in the second box.
Once you are on the order tracking site, the carrier information and the tracking number are displayed and you can use these to see the delivery status of your order.
Please note: Due to the same amount of digits on the tracking number for DHL and DDP carriers, the carrier defaults to DHL on this tracking tool. If your order contains a 10-digit tracking number and no results are found on the DHL site, check the DDP site to obtain tracking information.
