How do I remove incomplete items from a learner?

  1. Select 'Lookup Learners' or  'Lookup Administrators' from the Learners menu choices. The Manage Learners or Manage Administrators screen displays.  
  2. Use one or more of the following search criteria to locate the desired learner/administrator.  
    • Last Name
    • Learner Id
    • Verification Code

Enable the Show Inactive Learners check box to include inactive learners in the results of your search.

  1. Click 'Show Results'. The Manage Learners or Manage Administrators screen refreshes and Learners/Administrators matching your search criteria display as listed items.
  2. Click the information icon in the Lesson column that corresponds to the desired learner. The Assigned Items screen displays.
  3. Enable the 'Edit & Remove' checkboxes for each item to be removed.  
  4. Click 'Remove'. The Assigned Items screen refreshes, the items no longer appear in the table.
