How do I edit the due date or priority of items assigned to a learner?

- Select 'Lookup Learners' or 'Lookup Administrators' from the Learners menu choices. The Manage Learners or Manage Administrators screen displays.
- Use one or more of the following search criteria to locate the desired learner/administrator.
- Last Name
- Learner Id
- Verification Code
Enable the Show Inactive Learners check box to include inactive learners in the results of your search.
- Enable the 'Edit' checkbox that corresponds with each item to be edited.
- Only items with the Edit checkbox enabled will be updated.
- Modify the Due Date and/or Priority fields for each item.
- Click 'Save Updates'. The Assigned Items screen refreshes displaying changes to the selected items.
- Enter a Due Date and/or Priority into the global fields located below the command buttons.
- Click 'Global Update'. The Assigned Items screen refreshes displaying the same date and/or priority level for all incomplete lessons.
- Click 'Show Results'. The Manage Learners or Manage Administrators screen refreshes and Learners/Administrators matching your search criteria display as listed items.
- Click the information icon in the Lesson column that corresponds to the desired learner. The Assigned Items screen displays.
- Follow the below steps depending on the action you would like to perform
