How do I modify learner permissions?

Follow these steps to change learner permissions:

  1. Select 'Lookup Learners' or  'Lookup Administrators' from the Learners menu choices.
  2. The Manage Learners or Manage Administrators screen displays.
  3. Use one or more of the following search criteria to locate the desired learner/administrator:
    • Last Name
    • Learner Id
    • Verification Code

    Please Note: Enable the Show Inactive Learners check box to include inactive learners in the results of your search

  4. Click 'Show Results'
  5. The Manage Learners or Manage Administrators screen refreshes. Learners/Administrators matching your search criteria display as listed items.
  6. Click the 'Edit' link that corresponds to the desired learner.
  7. Click the Permissions you want to change on the screen that displays.
  8. Enable or disable the applicable permission. Click 'Save' when done.

Note: When enabled, the permissions on this tab grant the learner access to additional system functionality.
