How do I (de)activate a learner/administrator?

Follow these steps to (de)activate a learner/administrator:

  1. Select 'Lookup Learners' or 'Lookup Administrators' from the Learners menu choices.
  2. The Manage Learners or Manage Administrators screen displays.  
  3. Use one or more of the following search criteria to locate the desired learner/administrator.  
    • Last Name
    • Learner Id
    • Verification Code

 Note: Enable the 'Show Inactive Learners' check box to include inactive learners in the results of your search

  1. Click 'Show Results'
  2. The Manage Learners or Manage Administrators screen refreshes. Learners/Administrators matching your search criteria display as listed items.
  3. Click the 'Edit' link that corresponds to the desired learner/administrator.
  4. The Manage a Learner/Administrator screen displays. 
  5. Click 'Make Inactive' or 'Make Active'
  6. The screen refreshes displaying the new learner status.
