How do I (de)activate a learner/administrator?

Follow these steps to (de)activate a learner/administrator:
- Select 'Lookup Learners' or 'Lookup Administrators' from the Learners menu choices.
- The Manage Learners or Manage Administrators screen displays.
- Use one or more of the following search criteria to locate the desired learner/administrator.
- Last Name
- Learner Id
- Verification Code
Note: Enable the 'Show Inactive Learners' check box to include inactive learners in the results of your search
- Click 'Show Results'
- The Manage Learners or Manage Administrators screen refreshes. Learners/Administrators matching your search criteria display as listed items.
- Click the 'Edit' link that corresponds to the desired learner/administrator.
- The Manage a Learner/Administrator screen displays.
- Click 'Make Inactive' or 'Make Active'.
- The screen refreshes displaying the new learner status.
