How do I add, edit or delete checklist items?

The Checklist details specific proficiencies related to the skill. Checklist items may be added. Also the items may be modified, reordered or deleted.

How

Follow these steps to add, edit or delete checklist items:

  1. Select 'Add/Edit Skills' from the Skills menu selections.
  2. The Skills Content Management screen displays.
  3. Click 'Create a new skill' or choose to edit an existing skill in the Skill's Content Management section.
  4. Click the 'Checklist' icon to access the Add New Checklist Item screen.
  5. Perform one of the following actions:
    • Add a new checklist item: Order your items Item Order field, Enter the checklist item text in the Checklist Item and click 'Save'.
    • Edit an existing checklist item: Click 'Edit' next to the item you want to edit, make the necessary changes and click 'Update'.
    • Delete a checklist item: Click 'Delete' next to the checklist item to be deleted.
  6. Use the URL on the General tab of the General section to pre-view your Checklist.
    • Please Note: The skill must be active to be viewed.
