How do I add, edit or delete a test question?

The Checklist details specific proficiencies related to the skill. Checklist items may be added. Also the items may be modified, reordered or deleted.

Follow these steps to add, edit or delete checklist items:

1. Select 'Add/Edit Skills' from the Skills menu selections.
2. The Skills Content Management screen displays.
3. Click 'Create a new skill' button in the Skill's Content Management section. The New Skills Creation screen displays.
4. Click the 'Test' icon to access the Test Questions screen.
5. Perform one of the following actions:

   • Add a new test question: Enter the question number in the field provided, select the type of question from the Question menu selections, Enter the question text in the Question field and click 'Save'. If the question is multiple choice, then also enter the answer choices into the A through D fields.
   • Edit an existing test question: Click the question link that corresponds to the question to be modified, make the necessary changes to the question fields and click 'Save'.
   • Delete a test question: Click the question link that corresponds to the question to be modified, click 'Delete'.
6. Click 'OK' on the confirmation pop-up.
7. Use the URL on the General tab of the General section to pre-view your Checklist.
