What information can I find on the Administrator homepage?
Last updated on September 08, 2021
The Administrator homepage displays information such as current and overdue assignments, announcements, favorites, as well as recently viewed items. The drop-down menus across the top allow access to all functionality available to an Administrator.
Home sections
The Home section consists of three subsections:
- Recent Announcements: The Announcements portion displays all unacknowledged announcements assigned.
- Favorites: Displays all items marked as Favorites. The most recent item added to Favorites is listed first.
- Recently Viewed: This portion displays the last three items viewed, with the most recently viewed item shown first. In addition, there is a link to access all recently viewed items.
My Activities Overview
The My Activities Overview section is split into three subsections:
- Assignments section: Consists of Assignment boxes for both Current and Overdue assignments. Assignments consist of lessons, discussions, checklists, etc. The Current Assignments box, shown in green, displays all currently due items. The Overdue Assignments box, shown in red, only displays when an assigned item is overdue.
- Click to View: Contains links that provide access to the Administrator’s individual Learner Transcript, Credits Earned, and OnTrack reports.
- Quick Links: Includes a list of commonly used functionality that Administrators access. For example, Administrators can access the eLearning Self-Enroll screen to enroll themselves in a course. Along those same lines, Administrators can also access functionality such as Grade Skills Checklist, Learner Lookup, or Edit a Module. All of these items and more are available from the menu options as well.
