How do I export my references in RIS format from my reference manager of choice?
Last updated on August 29, 2024
Major reference manager applications like Mendeley, EndNote, and Zotero can export references in RIS format. You can then upload those RIS files to your chapter by navigating to the Insert ribbon of the toolbar, clicking on the References icon, and then selecting the 'Upload from RIS' tab once the References pane launches.
For help exporting your references in RIS format from one of these reference managers, click below:

If you imported an RIS file separately to your content, you may need to link your in-text citations to your reference list. Visit this FAQopens in new tab/window for more information on how to do this.
