If you encountered an error while renewing your journal subscription, please contact us via our webform and provide us with the following information:
- Your account number and/or invoice number
- Screenshot of the error you encountered
Upon receipt of your request, you will be contacted by customer service within 24 - 48 hours to assist you further on your renewal.
