To update your personal details follow the steps below:

1. Login to your Elsevier.com account using your username and password.
2. Go to 'My Account' and make the necessary changes to your personal details, addresses, and change your password.
3. Contact customer service using the webform and provide the following:

   • Name
   • Account Number

Information or details that you updated on your online account. Customer Service Team needs to confirm that changes have been made on their end as well.
