How do I use my discount voucher code?

If you have a discount or promotional voucher for Elsevier Author Services (WebShop), you will be able to use it once you have added any items to your shopping cart and go to complete the purchase.

Once you have completed your shopping, follow the steps below to use your discount voucher:

1. Click ‘My Cart’.
2. Enter your discount code in the ‘Do you have a voucher code?’ box.
   
   
    
3. Click ‘Check’.
4. If the voucher code is valid the discount will be applied and your new subtotal automatically calculated.

If your voucher code is not accepted and you feel it should be, please contact us using one of the options below.
