Can I receive a refund if I am not happy with my language editing service?

We can only offer refunds on our language editing services if there are errors in our editing.
To be entitled to a refund, the manuscript has to be checked by the editor who originally edited the manuscript. To enable us to complete this please provide the final document and the reviewers' comments for us to investigate further using the email option located below.
Elsevier Author Services (WebShop) provide a free re-editing if you are dissatisfied with the language editing provided.

If you are unhappy with the language editing before you submit your manuscript to your journal, you can contact us to receive clarification, highlighting where you feel the issues are and our editors will be happy to help clarify any concerns.
If you are dissatisfied with the language editing after you have submitted the manuscript to the journal, for example; your submission has been rejected by the journal for language reasons. Elsevier Author Services (WebShop) provides free re-editing if the document has not been altered after the editing process.
