We have a secure remote access software that we may use to guide you through your computer and assist you with navigation, data gathering and/or trouble-shooting during session.

Elsevier will only access, control and gather information on your computer that we reasonably believe is necessary.

Personal data collected and processed by Elsevier through the remote access support service will be subject to the Elsevier Privacy Policy.

Yes. You may stop and control your unit from your end at any time during the screen sharing session.

No. Due to data protection, we are unable to do a screen sharing session if you are using a public or shared computer.
