How do I cancel my trial or paid subscription?

Follow these steps to cancel your PATHPrimer or RADPrimer subscription:

Trial Subscription:

Once your free PATHPrimer or RADPrimer trial period expires, your trial will automatically renew to a paid subscription. You can cancel the paid subscription renewal by going to “My Subscriptions” in “My Account” and clicking “Disable Auto-Renew”

  1. Click on “Sign In | Create an Account” and enter your login credentials
  2. Once logged in, click on “My Account” in your account menu
  3. Click ‘My Subscriptions’ on the My Account page
  4. Click on the “Disable Auto-Renew” button and then confirm that you want to disable the renewal
  5. The button text will change to “Enable Auto-Renew” and you also will receive a subscription status change confirmation email.

Paid Subscription:

  1. Click on “Sign In | Create an Account” and enter your login credentials
  2. Once logged in, click on “My Account” in your account menu
  3. Click ‘My Subscriptions’ on the My Account page
  4. Click on the “Disable Auto-Renew” button and then confirm that you want to disable the renewal
  5. The button text will change to “Enable Auto-Renew” and you also will receive a subscription status change confirmation email.

Access to PATHPrimer or RADPrimer will continue until your subscription end date. (To find your subscription end date, follow steps 1, 2, 3 and 4). The subscription end date is to the right of the product name.
