Where can I find the RADPrimer and PATHPrimer Trial Instructions?
Last updated on April 17, 2019PATHPrimer and RADPrimer offer a one time 15-day trial. At the end of your trial, your subscription will automatically renew to a yearly paid subscription unless the renewal is cancelled within 24 hours of the trial end date.
How
- Visit the Store for which product you would like to activate a trial:
- PATHPrimer: https://www.pathprimer.com
- RADPrimer: https://www.radprimer.com
- Click on the 'Pricing' tab
- Choose your location.
U.S. or Canada customers should follow these steps to start a STATdx trial:
- Click 'Trial Now' to add a trial subscription to your shopping cart.
- Click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
- Follow the steps to complete your payment.
Note: If you have not done so already, you will need to log in or register to complete the trial order.
- Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation of your trial subscription order.
You can cancel your PATHPrimer or RADPrimer subscription anytime online.
Follow these steps to cancel your PATHPrimer or RADPrimer subscription:
Once your free PATHPrimer or RADPrimer trial period expires, your trial will automatically renew to a paid subscription.
Follow these steps below within 15 days of your trial start date, if you do not wish for your PATHPrimer or RADPrimer trial subscription to renew to a paid subscription:
- Visit the Store for which product you purchased access:
- PATHPrimer: https://www.pathprimer.com
- RADPrimer: http://www.radprimer.com
- In the right hand corner, click the shopping cart and then 'Register/Log In'.
- Once logged in, the 'My Account' page should display. (If you navigate to another page in the store, click the shopping cart in the upper-right corner and select 'Account' to return to 'My Account').
- Navigate to the Online Subscriptions tab under 'My Account'.
- Click the blue 'Cancel Renewal' button on the order you wish to cancel.
Follow these steps to cancel your PATHPrimer or RADPrimer subscription:
- Visit the Store for which product you purchased access:
- PATHPrimer: https://www.pathprimer.com
- RADPrimer: https://www.radprimer.com
- In the right hand corner, click the shopping cart and then ’Register/Log In’.
- Once logged in, the 'My Account' page should display. (If you navigate to another page in the store, click the shopping cart in the upper-right corner and select 'Account' to return to 'My Account').
- Navigate to the ‘Online Subscriptions’ tab under 'My Account'.
- Click the blue 'Cancel Renewal' button on the order you wish to cancel.
After following these steps, you will have cancelled your subscription.
Access to PATHPrimer or RADPrimer will continue until your subscription end date. (To find your subscription end date, follow steps 1 and 2 above and your end date appears to the right of the product name).

- Click on the shopping cart symbol in the top right corner.
- Select 'Register/Login' on the dropdown menu.
After completing these steps, you will be able to register or log in.
