Where can I find the PATHPrimer or RADPrimer Trial Instructions?
Last updated on April 04, 2023PATHPrimer and RADPrimer offers a one time 15-day trial. At the end of your trial, your subscription will automatically renew to a yearly paid subscription unless the renewal is cancelled within 24 hours of the trial end date.
- Go to the PATHPrimer or RADPrimer product page
- Click on “Try if for Free – 15 Days” button
- Click on “Proceed to Checkout” button
- Create a new account or login if you have an existing account
- Complete the checkout process
You can cancel your PATHPrimer or RADPrimer trial or paid subscription anytime online. Follow these steps to cancel your PATHPrimer or RADPrimer subscription:
Once your free PATHPrimer or RADPrimer trial period expires, your trial will automatically renew to a paid subscription. You can cancel the paid subscription renewal by going to “My Subscriptions” in “My Account” and clicking “Disable Auto-Renew.”
- Click on “Sign In | Create an Account” and enter your login credentials
- Once logged in, click on “My Account” in your account menu
- Click ‘My Subscriptions’ on the My Account page
- Click on the “Disable Auto-Renew” button and then confirm that you want to disable the renewal
- The button text will change to “Enable Auto-Renew” and you also will receive a subscription status change confirmation email
Follow these steps to cancel your PATHPrimer or RADPrimer subscription:
- Click on “Sign In | Create an Account” and enter your login credentials
- Once logged in, click on “My Account” in your account menu
- Click ‘My Subscriptions’ on the My Account page
- Click on the “Disable Auto-Renew” button and then confirm that you want to disable the renewal
- The button text will change to “Enable Auto-Renew” and you also will receive a subscription status change confirmation email
Access to PATHPrimer or RADPrimer will continue until your subscription end date. (To find your subscription end date, follow steps 1 and 2 above and your end date appears to the right of the product name).
