Why aren't my references showing up in Mendeley Cite?

If you are a Mendeley Desktop user, this issue is caused due to your Mendeley Desktop library not being synced to the cloud.

Solution:

1. Go to 'File'.
2. Select 'Synchronize Library'.
3. Allow the synchronization to finish.
4. Open Mendeley Cite.
5. Click the 'More' option.
6. Select 'Refresh References'.
7. Your library should update with your synced references. If you still do not see your references, please try uninstalling and reinstalling Cite.
