How do I publish a module for self-enrollment?

The publish a module for self-enrollment functionality allows you to publish a module to one or more assignment entities and learners simultaneously.  For example, you may publish a module to a single facility, two departments, one group and 8 learners.  Once published learners can use the self enrollment feature to add items in the module to their lesson plan.

How

Follow these steps to publish a module for self-enrollment:

  1. Select 'Publish Modules for Self Enrollment' from the eLearning menu selection. The Module to Publish screen displays.
  2. Select the name of the module to be published from either the 'Modules your Department Created' or the 'Modules available to All Facilities' menu selections.
    • To edit the properties of the selected module and click the 'Edit' corresponding  button.
  3. Select the entities/learners to be allowed to self-enroll in the module:
  4. The Module to Publish screen refreshes displaying the chosen assignment entity or learners.
  5. Repeat the steps above until all entries/learners have been selected.  
  6. Click 'Publish'.
  7. The Module to Publish screen refreshes displaying a confirmation message.
