How do I grade all learners with a skills checklist?

Follow these steps to grade all learners with a skills checklist:
- Access the View Checklist screen in one of the following ways:
- Select 'Grade Checklists' from the Skills menu choices.
- Click the 'Grade Skills Checklist' link in the Quick Links section on the Home Page.
- Choose a filter type from the Search Filter menu choices. The View Checklist screen refreshes. A new menu displays beneath the Search Filter Type menu based on the filter you selected.
- Click the Plus icon to add another search filter.
- Select a search criterion corresponding to the filter you selected.
- Click 'Show Results'. The View Checklist screen refreshes. Checklists matching your search criteria display as listed items.
- You may export or print the search results chart on this screen by clicking the Export to Excel or Print links, respectively
- Click the title link in the Skill Name column corresponding to the checklists you want to grade.
- The Grade Learners By Skill screen displays.
- Narrow or expand the Checklists being displayed. Use the following View filter options.
- Grade learners by doing one of the following:
- To assign a passing or failing grade to all learners, click the 'Pass All Learners' or 'Fail All Learners' radio button, respectively.
- To assign a passing or failing grade to learners individually, select a grade from the Grade menus corresponding to each learner to be graded.
- Choose to enter:
- General commentary in the Universal Comments field.
- Individual comments in the Comments fields corresponding to the appropriate recipient.
- Grade a learner checklist by doing the following:
- Click the name of the learner in the Learner Name column.
- Grade the Record Evaluation page.
- Click 'Save'. The Grade Learners By Skill screen refreshes displaying a confirmation message displays at the top of the screen.
