How do I archive an unpublished announcement?

Please Note: Only expired announcements can be archived. When an announcement is archived it will be removed from the learner’s list of announcements. This will occur for Persistent announcements as well. 

Follow these steps to archive an unplubished announcement:

1. Select 'Manage Announcements' from the System menu selections. The Announcements screen displays. 
2. Click the 'Expired' radio button. The Announcements screen refreshes and displays all expired announcements.
3. Locate the announcement to be archived.
4. Click the 'Archive' link that corresponds to the announcement to be archived. The Announcements screen refreshes. The announcement is no longer displayed.
