How do I submit my contribution to EMSS?

Before you can submit your contribution to EMSS, you are required to:

Please note that once you have submitted your contribution, you can no longer change, add or delete the manuscript, figures and/or art, though you may be able to Recall Your Submission.

 
 

How

Follow these steps to submit your contribution to EMSS:

  1. Select the project you are working on from the drop-down menu on your 'Welcome' screen.
  2. Click 'Go'.
  3. Click on the appropriate manuscript title in your 'To-Do' list on the 'Home' screen."
  4. Go to the 'Actions Box' on the 'Your Manuscript' page and click the orange 'Send to…' button.
    • The button is customized to name the next step in the workflow.
  5. Click affirmative responses to any confirmation popups that appear.
 

After completing these steps:

  • Your contribution has moved to the next step in the workflow.
  • You cannot change, add or delete the manuscript and/or artwork, though you may be able to recall your chapter.
  • You can still post notes on the 'MANUSCRIPT' tab, the 'FIGURES' tab or the ‘OTHER CONTENT’ tab.
