Changes to banking partner

Elsevier has changed one of our banking partners which impacts a number of our companies and how we are paid by our customers.

We are moving our banking operations from HSBC to JPM Chase, which mainly affects customers who are billed by Elsevier Limited or are invoiced in GBP.

We would ask that you update the details in your systems to ensure any future payment reaches us successfully.

Below is confirmation of the companies impacted and the banking changes for each account. The full account payment details for you to update your systems can also be found on your latest bill/invoice.

If you are unsure if you are impacted, please check the details below. Not all GBP invoices will be affected.
