How do I access my DRM Free eBook format?

Elsevier eBooks are compatible with all eReaders including Amazon Kindle, Kobo, Nook, Sony Reader, PocketBook, OnyxBoox, Likebook, Apple iPad, Android tablets, and Windows tablets.
The available formats are displayed when you search for an ISBN or book title on shop.Elsevier.com.
eBook formats can be accessed in two ways:
- If you have an existing account on shop.Elsevier.com or created one when the purchase was made, you can access it via 'My Account' and go to 'Order History'.
- The eBook download link can be accessed via the confirmation email received after the successful purchase.
Please note:
- There is no limit set to the number of times you can download an eBook via links.
- An eBook link is active 24 months from the purchase date and cannot be reinstated once it expires
- It is highly recommended to download or save the preferred eBook format on your personal computer and back it up.
- The eBook links will be available in EPUB, EPUB3, and PDF all formats offered on the website are DRM-free.
- The eBook will have a watermark once downloaded.
If you did not receive the eBook links via email or in your order history, please contact us via our webform.
