My video content is not playing

Complete Anatomy's video content is hosted by Vimeo. In rare cases, you may have difficulty viewing video content in-app. This is usually due to:
- No internet connection on your device
- Vimeo is down (check status here)
If your internet connection is working and Vimeo is not down, it may be blocked in your country/region. For a list of countries/regions where Vimeo access is blocked, please click here. This can be easily fixed by creating a VPN (Virtual Private Network) profile. Before following the steps below, you will need to obtain details from a VPN provider.
Please check with your regional authority about the legal status of setting up a VPN before doing so
Once you have obtained these details, please select your device below and follow the instructions to set up your VPN profile.
- On your Home screen, launch Settings.
- Within Settings, tap General > VPN > Add VPN Configuration.
- Select your VPN type from IKEv2, IPSec, or L2TP then navigate back.
- Enter the information for this VPN, including description, server, and remote ID.
- Under the Authentication heading, enter the information you received from the network administrator.
- If you use a proxy, enable it by tapping Manual or Auto, depending on your preferences.
- Tap Done to save your changes.
- Under VPN Configurations, toggle the Status switch to on.
- Return to Complete Anatomy and video content should now be accessible throughout the app.
- Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Within the Apple menu click System Preferences > Network.
- Click the Add button (+) in the list at the left, then click the Interface pop-up menu and choose VPN.
- Click the VPN Type pop-up menu, then choose what kind of VPN connection you want to set up. Give the VPN service a name you’ll recognize (for example, My Personal VPN), then click Create.
- Enter the server address and the account name for the VPN connection.
- Click Authentication Settings, then enter the information you received from the network administrator.
- Click OK, then click Connect.
- Select Show VPN status in menu bar to use the VPN status icon to connect to the network and switch between VPN services.
- Return to Complete Anatomy and video content should now be accessible throughout the app.
- Select the Start button, then select Settings > Network & Internet > VPN > Add a VPN connection.
- In Add a VPN connection, choose Windows (built-in).
- In the Connection name box, give the VPN a name you'll recognize (for example, My Personal VPN). In the Server name or address box, enter the address for the VPN server. For VPN type, choose the type of VPN connection you want to create (you’ll need to know which kind of VPN connection your company or VPN service uses). For Type of sign-in info, choose the type of sign-in info (or credentials) to use. This might be a username and password, one-time password, certificate, or a smart card if you’re connecting to a VPN for work. Enter your user name and password in the respective boxes (optional). Once you have completed all the fields, click Save.
- To connect to the VPN you just created, click the Network icon on the far right of the taskbar.
- Select the VPN connection you just created, then do either of the following depending on what happens when you select the VPN connection:
- If the Connect button displays under the VPN connection, select Connect.
- If VPN in Settings opens, select the VPN connection there, then select Connect.
- If you're prompted, enter your user name and password or other sign-in info.
- Return to Complete Anatomy and video content should now be accessible throughout the app.
- On your Home screen, launch Settings.
- Within Settings, tap General > VPN > Add VPN Configuration.
- Select your VPN type from IKEv2, IPSec, or L2TP then navigate back.
- Enter the information for this VPN, including description, server, and remote ID.
- Under the Authentication heading, enter the information you received from the network administrator.
- If you use a proxy, enable it by tapping Manual or Auto, depending on your preferences.
- Tap Done to save your changes.
- Under VPN Configurations, toggle the Status switch to on.
- Return to Complete Anatomy and video content should now be accessible throughout the app.
- Launch Settings on your device.
- Within the Settings, tap Wireless & Networks.
- Tap More Connection Settings.
- Select VPN and then in the top-right corner select Add VPN.
- Select your VPN type and enter the information for the VPN. Give the VPN a name you’ll recognize (for example, My Personal VPN).
- Tap Save.
- Once you have set up your VPN, you can connect to it easily by tapping Connect.
- Return to Complete Anatomy and video content should now be accessible throughout the app.
