Complete Anatomy isn’t working as expected

This issue may be caused by a corrupted download, which is a common problem. You can fix this by deleting and reinstalling the app. To get instructions on how to do this, please select your device from the drop-down menu below.
- Press and hold the app’s icon until the “x” appears
- Tap the “x” and confirm to delete
- Restart your device
- Open the App Store, sign in with your Apple ID
- Navigate to Complete Anatomy. Select ‘Download’
- Launch Complete Anatomy.
- Open ‘Finder’ and click on ‘Applications’ on the left-hand side of the window
- Find and drag the Complete Anatomy app to the Trash bin icon
- Enter your password to confirm deleting the app. If the app has an icon in the Dock, drag it to the Trash bin icon
- Restart your device
- Open the Mac App Store and sign in with your Apple ID
- Click ‘Purchased’ located on the top part of the Mac App Store window
- Select the Complete Anatomy app and click on the ‘Install’ button to download the app
- Launch Complete Anatomy.
- Open ‘Search’ and type ‘Complete Anatomy’
- Right click on the Complete Anatomy app and select ‘Uninstall’
- Restart your device
- Open the Microsoft Store and go to ‘Account’ settings
- Access ‘My Library’
- Search for Complete Anatomy and select ‘Install’
- Launch Complete Anatomy.
- Press and hold the Complete Anatomy app’s icon until the options in the drop-down menu appear
- Select ‘Uninstall’
- Restart your device
- Access the Google Play Store and go to ‘My Apps’
- Search for Complete Anatomy and select ‘Install’
- Launch Complete Anatomy.
