What can I do if I ordered the wrong product?

If you have placed an order with Elsevier Author Services (WebShop), completed and paid for the order, but it is the wrong product/service, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the options below. Please ensure you include your order number.
If you have not yet completed your order and paid for the product/service you will be able to remove it from your shopping cart.
How
Follow the steps below to remove a product from your shopping cart:
- Click on ‘My Author Services’.
- Displayed will be all of the products you have in your ‘Shopping cart’.
- Find the item you wish to remove in the list and click ‘Delete’, which can be found next to the quantity.
- Select ‘OK’ to confirm the removal of the product.
After completing these steps your shopping cart will be updated to reflect the removal of the product and you will then be able to continue shopping or complete your order.
