What can I do if I have forgotten my username / password?

Your username is the email address with which you registered with Elsevier Author Services (WebShop). If you have forgotten this, please contact us using one of the options below and include the following information:

• Full name 
• Email address (current) 

If you have changed email address, you can change this in 'View account' under 'My Author Services' tab once you have logged in. /p>

Follow the steps below if you have forgotten your password: 

• Go to Elsevier Author Services.
• Click ‘Login’.
• Select 'Forgot password?'
• Click 'Send me a link'.

After you have completed these steps you will receive an email containing a link which will enable you to reset your password and login.
