How do I change my profile details?

If you need to make changes to your registered Elsevier Author Services (WebShop) profile, you can do this online quickly and easily.

How 

Follow the steps below to change your profile details:

1. Go to the Elsevier account page. 
2. Enter your registered email address (WebShop registered email address) and password set by you.
3. Click 'Login', you'll be taken to an elsevier.com page.
4. Click on your initials on the top right-hand side of the page.
5. Click 'View Account', this will open your 'My Account' page.
6. To edit your email address, click 'Edit Details', this will open your account info page.
7. Enter your correct details and click 'Update'.
